Assembly of various component parts into a power unit. This position is on second shift.
Responsibilities:
Quality driven work and attitude.
Communicate and participate in regular team meetings, as needed.
Willing to learn other positions within the assembly operation and perform job rotations.
Maintain excellent attendance.
Stock Parts area.
Alert engineering of any issues regarding the build sheets.
Keep work area neat and clean.
Assist customers as necessary.
Operate fork lift truck as necessary.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education/
Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Mechanical experience, preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
Basic knowledge of hand and air tools.
Pleasant and professional demeanor.
Ability to drive forklift.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work within team.
Flexible attitude.
Mechanical aptitude.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
