Summary:
Responsible for expediting, scheduling and prioritizing shop orders to meet customer demand. Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules; conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates; and compiling reports on progress of work, and production problems.
Responsibilities:
Plan and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of all customer orders.
Creates and maintains orders in an Access database and an MRP system.
Analyze sales order releases with respect to capacity planning and material requirements.
Daily correspondence with customers on status of orders.
Weekly communication with CPP staff on production update.
Complete shipping information and delivery date input.
Interface with all levels manufacturing and purchasing departments on material status and production planning issues.
Work with Prototype Planner to coordinate new builds (prototype managed builds and fit checks).
Coordinate all international shipments including document preparation.
Provide inside sales support.
Other duties, as directed or assigned.

Education/
Experience:
Associates degree in business or equivalent work-related experience.
3-5 years experience in a job order production environment.
Experience with production systems, procurement, expediting MRP/ERP systems.
Experience in Six Sigma/Lean initiatives preferred.
Knowledge of manufacturing, quality control, and planning processes.
Skills and Abilities:
Solid analytical skills.
Proficient experience with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel and Access
Self-starter, highly motivated, requiring minimal direct supervision
Strong organizational and detail oriented skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Proven strategic thinking and planning skills
Strong negotiating and solid decision making skills
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization and external contacts

Must possess good mathematical skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
