Summary:
Responsible for the assessment and improvement of existing internal control environment and establishment of ongoing internal audit program to assure compliance with established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Monthly analysis of Financial Statements including understanding variances to Forecast and Plan
Generating the required monthly and quarterly reports for Business Unit
Developing Internal Reporting Protocol
Assist with Month End closing and General Ledger Account review
Collaborate with Internal Control Group and assist when necessary
Assist with Annual Budgeting and Monthly Forecasting process
Ad hoc analysis and reporting
Qualifications:

Education/
Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance required, MBA preferred
5 10 years experience
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and data mining
Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required

Able to analyze data, report results and recommend solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (active listening, writing, speaking & telephone)
Able to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Able to analyze and diagnose problems and recommend solutions

Self-motivated and ability to work independently
Strong PC skills with expert knowledge in using applications such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Work Environment:
There are no extraordinary conditions that are associated with the essential elements of the job
Physical Demands:
Standing for a long period of time (50%)
Sitting (50%)
Twisting, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, etc. (60%)
Lifting, routinely up to 10lbs & occasionally up to 15 lbs.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
