Identifies issues and works with stakeholder development team on resolution.
Create test plans for web-based applications, quoting tools, and administrative system releases Execute functional and regression tests for web-based applications, quoting tools, and administrative system releases Monitors/triages/debugs issues and helps identify fixes Contributes to continuous improvement in processes Work as directed on enhancements, documentation and/or system support Work with team and business partners to determine acceptance criteria Top Required Skills/Experience - Must live in Michigan for onsite collaboration.
Experience with mobile testing Strong process orientation; detail orientated and efficient with tactical tasks 3
years quality testing experience Required Skills/Experience - Strong technology skills with a good understanding of PC based applications, including MS Office and Internet based applications Strong written and oral communications skills Experience in life, health, or long term care insurance industry is a plus.
This is a Hybrid position that requires going into the Lyon Meadows office for collaboration a few times a month.
